As the thread states just putting the feelers out there if anyone with a jcw is willing to make a trade for a used milltek exhaust off my 06' r53 hatchback.

    Let me know.
    Thx

OMG that's a good trade for someone... because the baffles in the JCW WILL FAIL eventually...

I have a stock exhaust I will trade, I will even scratch JCW in it, it that would help:D

Why are you getting rid of the milltek?

Thx I appreciate it. Don't get me wrong I like the milltek but it is a little louder than I thought it'd be especially most noticeable on the freeway. That's why I was thinking the jcw would be better than stock with quieter attributes for the daily.

Wish I had one to trade. Sounds like a great deal for someone.

Do you have the Milltek with or without the resonator? Just curious.

Stock header? Just interesting.... Milltek with resonator and OEM header is pretty quiet... or maybe I'm just deaf. :)

I feel your pain. I just installed Invidia, and it's MUCH louder than I thought it would be, or wanted. I'm currently seeking other options for exhaust before either throwing another resonator on there, or changing it back to stock.

ya stock header, but i also bought it used so i don't know if having some miles on the system makes it louder or not. no experience with this particular brand before.
