Well, mine is certainly not healthier than Nathan's.

I smoked up some baby-backs on the kettle Sunday. Two hours of smoke, then into the oven to finish cooking.

Made a loaf of cheddar cheese bread that came out pretty well! Used a combo of shredded and cubed cheddar so that I'd get some cheese that melted into the bread, and some pockets of gooeyness too. Served it to my family with some Asian-marinated beef and a salad with homemade poppyseed dressing.

    The hubs seemed happy. :)

A surprisingly good sandwich from the deli in my office building.... Turkey w/ hot sauce and blue cheese with a scoop of cole slaw in a wrap and grilled on a panini press.

A restaurant rep gave me a one pound can of jumbo lump crab meat. I want to make some kind of mixture for lettuce wraps this weekend. Wish me luck. I don't want to mess it up, because I can't afford to buy this level of crab meat.

It's "Date Night".... I'm gonna take my wife out to dinner...

We did a lot of the interior metal work at the Crest Gastropub on Parson's ave...

I always like to hold off going to a new restaurant until they get their act together and the crowds at a new place settle down a little...
