over the weekend I was able to start pulling the door cards apart and prepping some of the other interior pieces for paint.

my order for new seats should be finalized next week which means I should have them in 6-8 weeks hopefully

With any luck everything will be all done with the interior and the seats show up and life will be good.

only delay going on currently is the "horrible" storm hitting California right now so the weather isn't really good for painting or working on cars

got some good news about the rest of my bumper/sideskirt order. I will only be missing one piece after tomorrow when my order finally gets delivered... then I can worry about prep and paint.

I also started working on wrapping some of the interior in suede. have to clean up an area before I can pull the headliner panel and start stitching the suede for the new headliner.

no new pics since I haven't had a chance to work on the car but I did order the seats Friday and they will arrive on Tuesday. my brackets for the seats should ship Tuesday so Im hoping to get them installed next weekend.

I need to start clearing out all the parts that are stacking up in the house since the garage has been taken over by a friend working on his car.

This weekend has a few projects for the mini since I have almost all of the parts in.

Started this morning with picking up some super 77 spray adhesive, some fabric batting, and the thread needed to do diamond stitching on the headliner...

And the. I got some work done on the car, mostly removing things
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

I was able to finish wrapping my airride controller holder as well so far [IMG]

I used a wire brush. It has like gold bristles and is kinda soft. Took 10 minutes to get all the stuff off the headliner

I like how you put the steering wheel in line with the speedo, but it may be better in front of the drivers seat.:D
