I thought it was a good race. Had Vettel not had such a hard time passing his teammate it would have been very close at the end. The Benz is fast but so are the Red cars. I think we will have an interesting race for the championship this year.
That was a bit strange. Kimi's on the radio about lack of power, but they don't tell him to let Seb by.
There were a couple interesting moments, but overall the race was underwhelming at best. Lewis ran off and hid out front and only pushed enough to maintain the gap... Max stfu. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I'm pretty sure if they told Kimi to move over he'd have ignored them. Although that might have made for some interesting radio chatter in Finglish.
It's good to see F1 loading more and more videos online (and not only to formula1.com). [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBRhuhU5WHM"]2017 Chinese Grand Prix | Verstappen's Incredible Opening Lap - YouTube[/ame]
Hey how about we have a little fun! On which lap in Bahrain do you say Alonso's McHonda will break down? I say lap: #44. Steve: #39 Nathan: #29 Crashton: Never never land. 00Mini: #50 minirab: #49 Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
With the longer straights pretty much one right after the other and the McHonda's inability to harvest via the ERS I see Fernando having to hammer the engine a bit more. Lap #29 is my prediction. Aiding in prediction is that it's also much warmer in Bahrain than it was in smoggy China.
As the eternal optimist I say Alonso will take Pole, Race Win & Fastest lap. :fingerscrossed:

I had a friend who raced one in IT. Folks laughed at him, but once he kicked their butt they stopped. I think a lot of it had to do with the driver.
