Hey guys. I love this car, and would love to get a replacement engine to get it running again. From what I can tell from the VIN lookup, I've got an N14 engine with a turbo in it. Where is a good resource to find one that is not going to cost me my retirement fund? Is there a good resource to find a good used/rebuilt one? Thanks guys!

    Welcome to M/A..

    Is the existing engine destroyed?

Do you know what the issue is with it not running?

Give us some more details.... A replacement engine with labor can be pretty expensive.

Is the car currently missing an engine? If not, could the existing engine be rebuilt rather than be replaced? Where are you located?

Edit: Metalman has quicker fingers than me!

MINI of Kenneshaw offers one for $3650 - seems pretty reasonable...they're in Georgia, where are you?

They need to get a better Google presence then, they didn't come up when I did a quick search......

And I agree, use Emini parts!
