Has anyone installed Rally lights on their S? I really like the look of them. I'm considering the kit from ECS:

It's about half the price of the ones from the dealer and they look the same. Has anyone done the install? It looks like the connectors are plug-and-play. It says you need a different grille with mounting brackets, and a switch for inside. How hard is it to route the wires into the switch area? I don't mind taking off the grille, the dash, etc., as long as I can get it all back together!

Are there any other kits I should look at?

Thanks for any info or advice.

I wired my light to come on with the bright lights. If you do it that way you don't have to run wires inside the car. If you want them on a separate switch it's still not hard you just have to find a place to run the wires in to the passenger compartment. I believe out motoring sales brackets.

Is your mini a second Gen? If so take a look here. Out motoring has several lights to chose from and they have the brackets near the bottom of the page.
