    Hi,
Currently my 2012 JCW coupe is equipped with Stock Suspension, Runflat tyres. I feel the suspension is bit hard/rough. Apart from that , i really love to ride this Turbocharged toy.
Is there any chance of changing the hard suspension? i was suggested 3 options by MINI Service guy
1.Changing runflat tyres to normal tyres.
2.Changing the Suspension to Sports Suspension.
3.Adding Swaybar and Strut bar .

Can anyone tell me, do any of these really work?
And one more doubt. Can we change the mini audio system to the latest one?

    Thanks in Advance

I'd go with Changing runflat tyres to normal tyres first.

The nickname of Runrock Tires is well deserved.

Tires will improve EVERYTHING about the car. Do that first.

Sport suspension and stiffer sway bar will improve handling, but make the ride more harsh, all else being equal.

Getting rid of the runflats was the single best comfort factor made to my MINI... Part of the suspension is made up of the tires, and the runflats were just too hard....

There are LOTS of tire threads. This has been discussed a zillion times. Look around and do some reading.

Depends on what you're looking for, in terms of summer / winter / wet / dry performance, vs. fuel economy, vs. tread life, vs. price... there is no "right" answer for everyone.

If you want a soft riding tire look into the Conti DWS. From all accounts these tires are rather soft riding.

Thanks a lot Crashton. Will look and decide about these tyres.
Any suggestions for the Music System change?

Some folks have changed things around. You might try a Google search on that. It seems that the radio being integrated into the speedometer is going to make that difficult. I'd guess speakers & amps would be doable.

I have a 2012 R58 JCW. I ditched the runflats for Conti DW, but they are

only three season tires. I changed the springs out for Mach V Motorsports

springs and added a Hotchkis 25.5mm rear sway bar. I'm happy!
