I got a set of new-to-me wheels last fall that were missing center caps.

After a bit of looking, I found a set of electric panel knockout seals that were the correct size.

Added a bit of paint, some stickers I had laying around and a few coats of clear-coat to make a set of custom caps..

Hope to get the wheels back on the car in a couple weeks, and I'll add another pic then..

Wish I could remember.. I've had them tucked away for many years in my MINI "junk" pile of stuff I've collected.. May have been from a MINIUSA thing. Finally have the perfect use for them.

There are 8 little "finger" tabs on the back along the perimeter.. just needed to bend them out a touch for a tight pressure fit

great idea - it's hard to find centre caps that don't cost an arm and a leg!

I got them at Menards in the electrical section (by the conduit, junction boxes, etc)..
They were only a couple bucks for a package of 2.

My wheels use larger sized caps than stock wheels, so hopefully you can find something that is the right size for you.
