Ireland engineering fixed camber plate strut mount tops.

These add camber to the front and help with tower mushrooming.
They are too much for my car.

    Asking $165 for the pair

I'm curious about this comment? Are you saying that the added camber is causing undue tire wear?

Adding these without a new alignment.... Will cause severe change to the toe.... If toe isn't corrected you will get tremendous tire wear....

Just hoping you aren't selling them for the wrong reason....

Adding these should actually improve tire wear on the fronts as long as the alignment is done.

Ok time to ask a dumb question. How is adding camber easer on your tires, and if your car is already lowered will this be too much camber?

He is running the car really low. That adds camber plus the plates has it riding on the inside of the tires. Great for track not so for street and daily driving.

My tires last longer with the added negative camber & my car is lowered 1/2 inch. Most of my driving is not of the crazy fast kind, normal driving & I get better wear. If I decide to lean on the car a bit there's better handling. Camber plates are a win-win for me.

    Disclaimer: Your mileage may vary.

Someone should buy them they are a great addition to a MINI.

Are these as good as using the STDs from craven? I am in need of something for mine but these would have a nice added benefit.

In my opinion they are better. You'll love the handling benefit, plus you get protection from mushrooming. Remember once you install these you'll need to get an alignment. Adding negative camber to a MINI makes it go toe-in. An alignment will correct that.

Yes you can use the IE fixed plates with an M7 strut bar, I have both & they play well together. Don't tell Dave O I have an M7 part on my MINI. :D

I have an M7 strut bar but I took the silly crossbar off and only use the end plates with my Helix adj adjustable camber plates. The bar is crap, it's a weak design being 4 seperate parts held together with short screws that strip easy. It also pushes the hood up because it does not fit right with the hood liner.

If you are buying camber plates just buy the adjustable ones now since as mods go you will want adjustable ones down the road anyhow.

I'll have to disagree with you on it being a weak design. Yes it would be better if it was one continuous piece, but how it attaches to those plates & how those plates use all the strut studs isn't weak. I'd guess a one piece would be harder to ship from China. I bought this cheap & mainly as a way to keep mushrooms at bay. Since I have it I figure why not use all of it. May help, can't hurt. Me thinks it being M7 had more to do with you removing it that its design. If you look at the factory JCW strut bar then you will see a truly weak design.

Adjustable camber plates are nice to have. Remember as you change that camber you'll need to get an alignment each time you change it.

I'm only selling them because my car is to low to have them. It handles amazing but wears out the tires to fast.
I have them on with a an M7 strut bar with no issues.

How do camber plates affect ride height?

Not at all, I have coil overs and my car is low so I don't need the extra camber.
