    I guess I should have clarified, does anyone local have a used one laying around?

    Remove alternator. Take to alternator rebuilder. Wait an hour, reinstall

    Case is cracked and it's locked up

    Stupid question but have you tried any local parts stores or junk yards?

    Hope you find one.

    I don't know where you live, but there is a guys that runs a junk yard and has several R52 for parts. Now he's in CT but I think they do ship. Hope this works out
