Presumably, the 2nd Gen Nav Screen like I have is not nearly the efficient solar reflector as is the "pizza pan" speedo face...

This is seemingly not a fabrication (i.e., not a hoax).

Any Cabrio/Roadster owners out there up to performing their own independent verification event?

That's too cool! Okay, not cool, but neat! Of course that's only an issue at stop lights or on long straight flat boring ass roads. The twisties that we all love would keep the reflection moving around too much to cause any harm.

Having said that, as soon as it warms up enough, I gotta get in the daughters Cabrio and check that out. Thankfully the sons Roadster DOES have MINI connected so he's safe down in Florida!

Its the new MINI hands free cigarette lighter.
Shhhh as soon as MINI finds out it will cost an extra $300.00 for that option.
