So when I got home from work my lovely wife informed me about the bargooon she got on a lawnchair today. 'They practically gave it away', you know how the story goes. Then I asked, did you have any problems fitting it inside the 4Runner (our other vehicle). "No actually I didn't" came her sheepish reply... "but I did have a bit of a problem fitting it inside the MINI" :aureola: Holy Cow that must've been an effort :incazzato:
Wow, A+ on determination. Today I hauled two Juniper MX80 routers and a handtruck. I work for a tech company and haul around electronics all the time. Nothing really huge though. That lounge chair is still making me scratch my head.
The wife and I were at Lowe's the other day with my MINI, she says she needs a couple bags of pea gravel, I look at the bags, note they are dirty, wet, heavy and tell her I'll get them tomorrow with the truck. :biggrin5: Jim
Damn! Wish this thread was around earlier- stuff a 6' Corona bottle from Cinco de Mayo into the MINI to take to work after I stole it from a bar the night before :cornut: You should have seen the peeps looking at my blowing this thing up at the gas station during morning rush hour- not only were they wondering WTF I was doing blowing this thing up at 9am, but they were like, how the hell is she getting it in the MINI???? But, O! It fit
I only stuffed my fat ass in my car and went to work. Then again it is a nice twisty 12 min ride to work.
Kitchenaid mixer in the box, 19" tv in the box, large iPod tower speaker, vacuum, 2 comforters, 2 pillows, file box, a couple plastic bins of silverware and kitchen utensils, computer printer, 2 large foam bolster pillows, set of kitchen knives and the block, and a few other random things...
No stuffing today, but in the past I've had a 42" flat screen and luggage back there for a 250mi. run. My best effort was cramming a 110yr old oak roll top desk plus luggage for a 300mi trip. Both the stuff and the stuffie survived! :eek6:
