Big cover up.... Actually Phil was.on vacation in GA and whilst out for a jog, he was run down by a fast moving Mini vert with unionjacks all over.....police are now searching for the suspect.

So if anyone sees a Mini with the license plate number: B L I M E Y. Please contact their local law enforcement.......
