I would love to have an electric Rocketman. It would be a more sophisticated version of the 500e I have now, which I like a lot.

Just like those funny little cars that started coming over from the UK in 2002.

No these burn fuel "GAS" we love to start motors and burn gas. I think 5 minutes after the first car was ever started some one said " Can we do a burnout"?

Electric is not for the USA. Just those silly hipsters and other tree huggers.

Make all new MINI's electric for all I care they are all Butt Fugly as I will never sell my gas burning R53.

What I really look forward to is driving up to see the grand kids and having stop half way to spend the next 5 or 6 hours recharging...IF a recharging location can be found...and having to listen to nana pitch a fit.

GM looses $9k on every Bolt and Fiat looses $14k on every 500e. So MINI is making too much money and needs to loose some. Instead they can either give it to me or invest in better designs.

How about an electric Classic Mini as a retrofit.
Wouldn't need as heavy a battery and motor due to the low initial curb weight
and low expectation for desired power.
