    Ever try them? They are quite a delicacy in countries involved in bullfighting. Mostly, they are large and served two to a plate with some sort of gravy. However, sometimes they are really small, as sometimes, the bull WINS!:devil:

    Well..
    Some traditional dishes that sound iffy CAN BE GREAT...
    I remember getting a terrific kidney pie (once you get by what kidneys filter) with a great ale back when I was on a high school trip to England... Was kind of funny...but it was what was served, so I was happy to drink it ...(yes it was a public school)...heck did taste better than the nasty French "table" wine we got in France with dinner.....our school had the view back then, of "when in Rome, do as the..."...
    But both were far better than the Tripe we were served in the USSR a week later.....talk about gross...
