Can anyone take some images and make them high resolution for me. I am trying to get it etched onto a shield for my Harley. Let me know. Thanks.

What type of image? I am sure you do not mean something like this:

Any camera with 18 or 20 meg or more pixels should be fine enough for what you want.

Do you mean "take some existing low-resolution images and make them high res" or do you mean "take brand new high res photos for me?"

These are very different requests, and the former will not give good results unless someone is re-creating the art from scratch.

Describe more specifically want you to do. An image can be enlarged to occupy more pixels, but the "resolution" won't change.

Is there a particular program you are saving your image to? Is it a photo or artwork?

I might be interested in looking at these so-called "high resolution" images. Provided all the participants are over the age of eighteen, and proper consent was obtained.

I have some software that can improve a low res image but it doesn't do miracles. It's hard to add data were it never existed no matter what hollywood says

I'm not very good but I might be able to do it in Photoshop. But mrntd sounds like he may have a better option.

One of the better ways is to print the image at the default resolution and then scan that image at a higher resolution. It's not perfect, but it really does a decent job.

Damn, it's only February, and you've written one nice thing already. The first one didn't come last year until the middle of August. At this rate, you're going to beat last year's record of two nice things. Slow down, slow down, you're making me nervous.....
