The Green Filter USA Focus ST uses vintage Team Lotus colors as a tribute to Ford's involvement in motorsports, including the Lotus-Ford that won the 1965 Indy 500. Apart from appearance upgrades, this ST gets a high-performance air filter with a custom intake and exhaust. The suspension was built by Ground Force to provide “Lotus-like handling characteristics.†We'll believe it when we see it, or drive it. Falken tires cover 18-inch American Racing wheels. This Focus is slathered in Gulf Oil livery from Axalta with fender flares from DTM Autobody. KW does the suspension while Baer takes care of the brakes. The Gulf Racing Focus gets dual-side exhausts exiting from an intercooler kit by Vortech. Again, Falken tires hide 19-inch Forgestar wheels.
While it does look pretty snazzy, those words will never exit my mouth. Im stuck on German and Japanese.
It looked pretty good in person (and on the track)- Jim McIlvaine eCare Manager, OPTIMA Batteries, Inc. OPTIMA® Batteries (optimabatteries) on Pinterest
Those are both cool looking but I also would never buy one. They all look good and then you take them home and wake up the next day and are disappointed the next morning when you see them without the make up and experience the poor performance.
Poor performance? Look at that Focus cornering on 3 wheels. Imagine the money you'd save on tires Dave?
I could make a Fiat stand on 3 wheels with a good anti-sway bar but I still don't want one.:ihih::lol:
So you are saying that buying a Ford is like getting drunk at the bar and then waking up in the morning naked next to a fat ugly chick with no memory of how you got there?
.....and she is laying on your arm, so you decide to chew it off so that you can sneak out without waking her up!!!!
