As the season is over, now is a highlight video from 2013.
In these accidents there were no heavy injuries.

Good lessons on dynamics there. Under-steer, lift throttle over-steer, both suck. :frown2:

That's another reason why I don't track my street car! And tracking in the winter, bad idea, no heat in tires.

Nothing wrong with tracking a street car as long as you bring some common sense along with you to the track. :yesnod:

Geebus, what a cavalcade of buffoons! Wrong angle into the second corner, plus braking too late for that wrong angle, and not knowing the steering characteristics of their vehicle!

The majority of them were waaaay out of position to take that second corner. I know the 'Ring has a lot of corners to memorize, and I'll cut them some slack, but the sheer number of accidents at that one spot should serve as a warning to moderate your speed out of turn X, aim for an early apex to accelerate out of x+1, and be ready for the damn hill and counter-turn.

And that's enough beer-influenced armchair quarterbacking from me ;)

It's like people of Wal-mart. I know I really shouldn't look at them,

    but.....I.....just....can't.....stop.....

Wonder how many of those were rental cars.

    I thought I sucked at GT5. Now I don't feel so bad.

Seriously though, at 5:08ish--the first bike goes off, then the biker following him stops his bike...RIGHT WHERE MANY PEOPLE BEGIN TO TRACK OUT!!! He was luckier than the guy who went down.
