There's a cool event put on in my town every year. Mercedes Benz winter driving academy. They bring a bunch of cars from Ontario and race around on lake winnipeg. All running continental all seasons. Pretty fun to watch. Here's some of the rides. That wagon is spec'd out to the tune of over 150k. Beautiful.
Not a race. It's an HPDE event. Mercedes-Benz Canada - Courses - Winter Driving Academy Lots of companies do these now. There is a winter course available at Beaver Run or whatever it's called now. Or you could enter the Ohio Winter Rally & learn during the rally. :ihih: https://stevemckelvie.wordpress.com/2015/01/09/2015-ohio-winter-rally-scheduled-for-early-february/
Putting cars together always seems to make a race. That would be fun in someone else's car. HP is actually a handicap on ice & snow. It's all about traction not how many pony's are in the corral. I loved winter rallies for that very reason.
