FWIW, there's a link for streaming so I'll guess at least some of the races will be streamed live. Regardless, I will post videos when I find them.
For those who do get CBS Sports the GT race is March 13th at 10:30 am eastern. That's all I could find. Thanks for keeping us informed on the motorsports front Steve.
A newcomer this year in the GTS class is the KTM XBox GT4, setting the fastest times so far in practice. I'm having trouble understanding how this thing is legal in the class.
Yeah, but the Deltawing is different. I'm fairly sure the only reason it exists in the Weathertech series is because it's Don Panoz' baby. No one else would have been able to get that thing included in the merged Grand-Am/ALMS series class structure, and even so it runs as a prototype but an exception to nearly all the class rules. That KTM has been built as a homologated FIA GT4 which means it follows all the rules, technically, and can race in any series worldwide that includes a GT4 class. In the US I think the only series with a class that allows GT4s is PWC in the GTS class. My issue is that I thought the FIA's GT4 class to be production street cars with limited modifications for racing, therefore the FIA GT class that includes car models most similar to those you might have parked in your driveway at home. Having trouble imagining a KTM XBow fitting that category. Seems like allowing it as a GT4 (& PWC GTS) reeks of following the letter of the law but missing the intent. Or maybe I completely missed the point of GT4...I need to listen to The Great GT Debate 2016 again...
Saturday sched: I don't know what they'll stream and what they won't but here's a link to the page: STREAM/VIDEO - Pirelli World Challenge And the timing and scoring screen: Circuit of the Americas - TC-TCA-TCB Race 1 - Pirelli World Challenge

I finally got CBS Sports and got to watch the races in Utah The GTS class running the GT4 spec cars is interesting. They include 2 cars that are track only. You can't get an XBow road car with a full body, and you can't get a Ginetta road car of any kind. You can get the Sin R1 with either a 7 liter NA or a 6.2 liter supercharged engine, with only 2755 lbs to push. Wow that would be fun if I only had the $200k.
