My wife and I went shopping for a Mini Cooper last weekend and found a 2012 Chili Red S with less than 20k miles on it.. It's a car she has always wanted. She's not computer savvy so I'm the one that joins forums to learn more about the subject in hand. So this is our second Mini Cooper Forum that we have joined. At the first Forum a member there suggested your Forum and we thought why not let's join and meet more Mini owners. I retired 4 years ago and I'm now semi-retired with a new career. My wife has more years to retire but it's getting closer. I'm 6'-3" tall and I never imagined I could fit into a Mini Cooper. I was wrong, this car has lots of leg and head room for me. And it's a blast to drive. For me it's like driving in a highly modified Go-cart. Our Mini is a 6-speed manual tranny that makes it even more fun. We look forward to interacting with all the Forum members here and learning more about Mini Coopers. Cheers from, Al & Ro

As one wag once posted somewhere on the interweb: "Without pictures, it didn't happen". We'll be touring around in the great North West later this spring. We'll keep an eye out for a chili red S driven by a big silly grin.
