Okay so I just got this o
03 mini cooper, n/a. This isn't my first had a r56 I think an 07 turbo. Anyways my throwout bearing is shot making a bad shearing noise and goes away almost imedietelty when not in gear or clutch is down. And I'm not sure which to get. EBay's my option otherwise clutch masters would be it. I'm willing to spend enough for a stage 2 or better than stock and should I get a kit with a flywheel? Idk just stuck need opinions and good/cheap/reliable brands. Haha names Dillon and hope someone can help me out eaaasee. And yes I'm doing the work myself

Call Eric at Helix or Chad at Detroit Tuned and they can give you options better than Ebay clutchmasters crap.

Just put another stock clutch in it. You cant make enough torque in an R50 to need a higher performance one, and the only good reason would be to replace the weak TO bearing with a better one. None of the aftermarket makers upgraded the TO bearing on the R50 clutch kits though.
Unless you slip the heck out of it all the time, ride the clutch pedal, or abuse the TO bearing, the stock clutch lasts quite a while to.
