Hello all. My name is Bill, and I am the proud owner of a 2015 MINI Cooper S All4 Countryman in Jungle Green/Black top and piano black exterior with Polar Beige leather interior. My journey to MINI ownership began a week ago. On November 15, I volunteered for a friend who heads the DC Metro MINIs group to act as photographer for their MINIs Take The Beltway 7 event benefiting Operation Second Chance. Throughout the morning, I was asked by people what kind of MINI I owned. I sheepishly told them I didn't even own a car right then, having sold mine in April. Rather, I'd thought I might look at a MINI Countryman when I decided it was time to buy another car. Well, that night, I mentioned it to my wife. She was oblivious to what a Countryman even looked like, but I found one as we were driving home from errands, and she commented that it looked like my kind of car. She went online and decided that if I bought a MINI it should be jungle green. The next day, I located my new car at my local MINI dealer. We spent the day Saturday on an extended test drive, and I came home with the keys to my new MINI. And now, here I am.
