I am a craftsman who makes hand turned shift knobs and eBrake handles from exotic hardwoods. My shift knobs use a stainless steel adapter from Doug Whalen. My eBrake handles use an anodized aluminum adapter machined at my cousin’s production CNC machine shop. I also sell stainless steel wheel hanger studs that make rotating tires or changing wheels easier. The wheel hangers are machined at my cousin’s shop.

Bavarian Workshop is the oldest BMW repair facility in the area. When we opened our doors in 1978, as BMW Independent Workshop, we dedicated ourselves to the concept of personalized service. We set out to provide our customers with a higher level of service and value for their money than was the expected norm. This unique commitment is time-consuming, detail-oriented and dependent upon the considerable expertise and resourcefulness of our staff. As a result some of our oldest customers have been with us virtually from the beginning, BMW after BMW.
Over the past five years we have enjoyed a steady growth rate of 10% per year. But capacity issues were a primary factor, limiting expansion of our business. We physically were bursting at the seams.
The solution was to identify and acquire a larger facility. We project the new building and property will allow us to accelerate our growth rate by at least 5% per month. Larger work areas will allow us to increase work flow and productivity for the company. As a contributing benefit, the new location fronts on a busy street neighboring an affluent residential area made up largely of professionals and business people. These new potential clients own or lease many upscale vehicle models within our target market. Our new location has better freeway access and will be more convenient for our existing and future clientele.
