So, two weeks after the purchase of my Mustang there are two items that I really miss about the MINI.

    1) Keyless entry/start. Seriously. It's a first world issue, I admit, but just getting in and starting the car is such a phenomenal convenience.

    2) Speed sensing/automatic wipers. Same as above. You don't realize how awesome it is until you don't have it.

Nope. 3rd. Don't care about the mileage. That was a 1-for-1 trade for 390ft-lbs of torque and 420 hp. :D

When I get in my wife's car (Ford Fusion), I'm always trying to start it without a key. But then, I try and stomp on the clutch pedal, too. ;-)

I didn't get the Recaros becuase there were none in stock that had the other options I wanted.

Otherwise that's what Mustang I picked up. I should post a pic or two. It's been tinted and the stock exhaust has been swapped for a Ford Racing set-up. Makes me smile every time I start the car.

I will note the one editor that was surprised at the handling in the rain. I was equally suprised how tame it can be when you are taking it easy on the skinny pedal. No traction control interference. It was just manageable.

Just to Zombie the thread: On highway runs I could get 25mpg. Around town 17mpg. Typically during regular use I was getting 19 mpg.

I frankly don't give a rip about fuel economy, no matter which car I drive! That said, I can go lots'a miles per gallon in the XKR.
