That's how you polish the head covers? Engine all together, on an engine stand?

Love it a slant six. Had one of those in my old Dog Fart the Dodge Dart.

I'd love to have a car like that. I'd wear my clone suite while I blitzed the back roads in it.

I love seeing air cooled Porsches on the road. That's when Porsche had it going on.

I was standing next to the car today. It's is an awesome car but Eric is taking his time to rebuild it the right way. He is also recarpeting the inside.

I think when it's done I will spend a few days with it to detail it. :ihih:

It's always a catch 22. Throw it together to get back behind the wheel as quickly as possible, or do it right the first time and enjoy it longer, even if it takes twice as long. Something like this deserves the time spent, and I'm glad to hear that's what's going on. This is going to be a gorgeous sight on the road.

Oh it has been in the shop at helix since the floor paint dried a few yeas ago.

Yeah he is really taking his time, but I know Eric and he will take his time and it will be perfect when he is done.

It is a slanted six in that picture. To bad humor was trumped by the desire to show intelligence. Humor won in the long run.

You mean my old Dodge Dart didn't have the same motor as a Porsche 911?
    I'm completely devastated!

I fell for them watching the IROC races. Does that make me old?
