Is this homemade or a known Pizza place out your way?

It's at a new pizza joint that opened up down the street, a month ago. It's one of the best 20 buck pizzas I've ever had! :drool. :beer

    Cool T Shirt

Missed taking a picture, made an awesome dinner though

Roasted a lamb shoulder in a dutch oven. The meat was coated with a za'atar blend then perched on a bed of rough diced peeled tomatoes, onions and red bell peppers. After the roast was cooked the veggies were strained, the fat floated off and that liquid used to cook couscous.

When the couscous was almost complete spinach was added. Then served with some toasted pine nuts, feta, green onion and parsley. A bit of fresh lemon juice and a splash of a peppery olive oil brightened things up.

My friend went home very happy with a little care package of leftovers to enjoy for tomorrow's lunch.

If you are hiring I require a suite please. A four day work week and JCW Paceman All4, color is negotiable, along with a substantial tire allowance.

And heated garage space for Gnat

Oh, and an assistant to wash dishes and serve, paid a better than avg salary with healthcare and retirement.

You're avoiding all that arsenic that's supposedly concentrated in the germ of brown rice. See? Healthy! :)

Me and the wife did the same thing. Found an open Chinese restruant in Grovecity. They even had duck, the tvs in the bar were playing Christmas Story and they had one of those ugly leg lamps. Food was delish.
