    All good guesses..... But nope....:frown2:

The 4 holes are left open....

Their sole purpose is to let the molten zinc escape....

    Bingo....
    It's gonna last a hundret yars....:fingerscrossed:

The top is made from SS and comes comes off. A sheet of marble will get attached to it....

The legs and seat angles will be hot dipped galvanized with SS 3/4-10 hex bolts acting like leveling feet since it's sitting on pavers.

3" thick white oak planks will be fastened to the seating angles....

You can never make any money if you build things to last forever.

The right way is to make it fail fast so they order another one.

    Sad......

Actually, that one might last 1000 years. Will confuse the hell out of some future archaeologist picking over the bones of planet earth.

MM, from reading this thread, for several years, one thing has become crystal clear to me. That is, you just can't do anything the "simple" way to save your life.

Orrrrrr.... Another way to look at it...

If it fails, the customer is not satisfied and feels ripped off... Not good:frown2:

If you make it so it doesn't fail in a hundret yars, the customer is super happy and will tell others.... Very good...:OK:Thumbsup:

Word will get around eventually..... Good or Bad.....
