Clearance between RB's floor and rear tires is so minimal that when the car is jacked up it drops to zero...
No movable aero devices in F1 so yes it is supposed to be rigid. If it is remains to be seen. Drooping front wings & such have shown up before. Not sure this will work if a car hops a curb & the suspension is at full droop. Will it cut its own tires?

I saw it from the other perspective. Must make it harder for the drivers collect pick-up on the cool down lap to make sure their cars are heavy enough to pass the post-race weigh in.
