Is anyone running this size on the stock wheels? I've gotta get rid of these run flats.

    Yes, they work perfectly....

I've had them on my 2003 JCW and my 2009 Clubby.

Yes. I run them on a 17x7 BBS R99 wheel and they are perfect. I also have TSW springs, which does lower the car a tad, and there is no rubbing...

Running them also. Better looking tire than the 40's IMO.

I run the Continental DW 215/45 /17 on an 8 inch rim - love it.

It's because you like that subtle look of "poke-n-stretch"

I run that same size on my summer wheels as well. No issues, even with Colin's coilovers.

I'm running 215/45-17 on OEM wheels on my R56.

The current set I'm not too thrilled with, but I had to get them under duress. They're cheap Hercules Raptors that were the only choice when I blew out the sidewall of the (worn) Goodyear Eagle GTs I had on before. I was on vacation at the time, so availability was the deciding force there.

Soon this will be dealt with.
