Wonder if you get the free ground shipping since it's over $119.

I own two Countryman MINIs, this would make three, is the $21,500 a good price for this unit, it has been modded. :)

    Don

Really nice, I even like that color. :)

Don, I can't advise you on the price, a few years ago I would have said no way Jose, but today they seem to be bringing pretty strong money. One of our members here knows the seller and the car, I would send him a PM and ask him to check it out for you - Bruce K on our forum.

This car really looks nice and well cared for, and with the supercharged engine it will really go, plus it's geared for comfortable highway driving too.

It looks beautiful in the pictures. My wife really likes it too. Unfortunately there isn't any room in the budget currently or it would be on the way to Florida.

One thing the new MINI has done is raise the value of the classic Mini's. So those classic folks who look down their noses at the new ones should maybe say thanks.

I do understand no one on this forum feels that way.

No, but you're right - there is some serious attitude among some classic Mini owners towards their big MINI brothers......sorta like DaveO and anyone who doesn't have an R53! :D:D:D:D

I have both and like them both in different ways, both are tremendous fun and great cars.

But I don't know if I agree that the new MINI has raised the value of the classic, especially when my 89 is worth more than my 2009!

I think the value is just following the general classic car craze right now......

Like many Classics, this one appears as though it may be a combination of a few years worth of parts. Very subtle things like the dash, the steering wheel and the bonnet badge are just a couple things I see straight away. The grille does seem as it may be accurate. This can be fairly common depending on the car's history of restoration. My buddys Panel is registered as a 72, and was restored in England where a parts combo was used to obtain the desired end results. It is a very well done car too... This Woody seems well done and looks like a very nice one to be sure. Not sure it'll fetch the sellers asking price, but as mentioned above, values seem to be going up and higher selling prices are more commonplace. Someone will get themselves a very nice Classic Mini.
