I need to replace my power steering reservoir, I am looking for a metal replacement. I currently have the Canton Racing coolant reservoir that will compliment the power steering tank.I will probably have them both powder coated.

Is the Forge Alloy Power Assisted Steering Tank the only option out there now? It is too shiny for my taste, not sure how well it would take powder coating.

Pretty sure the Forge is the only one out there. Just paint them if you dont like the shine...

Will that polished finish take some powder coating?

Also, I talked with Jan, he said he would come out to Colorado before the Dragon for a tune party! I am still working all the details out with him but he said it would take 6-8 cars for him to fly out! Once I have all the details ironed out, I will post a thread for people to sign up!

Yes, if you take the tanks to be powder coated they will prep them before coating.

Good luck getting enough people to sign up for a tune party! I have tried a few times.
Either way, if Jan comes out here to CO, I will be there. :)

Yes the tank will take paint or power coating. I have one and I painted mine a black wrinkle texture finish.

I got tired of polishing /cleaning them. (RWM Coolant tank & Canton PS Tank)

FYI- if that Canton tank does not have a real rad cap return it for one that does or the OEM plastic cap will leak on you new tank.

Jan sells one with a real rad cap if yours only accepts the OEM cap.

I wasn't aware Jan sold a Coolant tank...

The canton coolant tank takes a "real" pressurized radiator cap, that was one of the main reasons for ordering it!

Canton makes a power steering tank? Are you able to shoot me a link to it?

    Thanks!

Oops not Canton I meant Forge for the PS tank. (My bad)
