Today I was quite lucky to get some behind the scenes dealer action with a MINI Challenge 210 this afternoon for my club FULLONMINIs.co.uk. I'm still quite poorly but managed the small walk in/out of the dealership with no hassles. Great car in all aspects, especially the uniqueness of the limited run of 210. Was good to know some features have to be fitted by the dealer, ie the works carbon tips etc, and these pics show the MINI still in PDI (pre delivery inspection) mode, so the ride height will lower/settle once is done, the protective white sheet will be removed from the roof and spoiler and the interior will loose the protectiveness too Tuned to 210bhp, this will be a detuned version of the JCW that's due out soon, but still, with the options and look this has, it'll be another limited edition run that will hold residual values of the MINI brand. The reason for the branding is also the launch of the Gen 3 MINI in this years MINI Challenge race series. You'll be able to check this MINI out at Llloyds Newcastle UK MINI, mid to end of the week commencing 16th March...but as most of you are all in the US, these pics will have to do
Imagine that, another "Special Edition" that will barely put out over 200hp. At least once it gets out on the track it will go a little faster.
