Has New supercharger, water pump, thermostat, coolant, spark plugs and battery Everything Was done about 2000 miles go, had no issues before but now I am having engine light on, tried disconnecting battery for few hours and light won't go off at all.

Install a "Scangauge" and don't sweat it. My 03 has a lower temp t-stat and does it all during cold weather. Just reset it every time, no biggie

Reset the adaptations, and delete faults. If you are using a lower temp thermostat and making only short trips that will cause it too. If the engine doesn't get up to the temp the dme wants to see for a specific amount of time it will throw that code
