So I finally flashed to manic stage 2. I'm curious if a wot box would still send it screaming into limp mode on a flashed ECU. But I can't seem to find a wiring diagram or color code for the r56 mini. I need to find the location and color of these 6 wires. Or at least if they share the same wire color as an R53. These are the wires I need to find the location and color of these wires

    1. Ignition coil power IN

    2. Clutch wire input

    3. Throttle position sensor or accelerator pedal position sensor input

    4. RPM input any connection to Fuel Injector Drive Signal or Ignition Control Signal

    5. Ignition coil power OUT

Can't help you with wire the colors & placement, but a Bentley manual can. It is money well spent.

I'll take a look through that. My friend is letting me use his BMW Dealership account to go through their AIR software. So I just meed.to find the pin layout for connector x60004 and x60232.
Don't try using BMW in house software then... it's hellish.... but I mean if this work we might finally have twostep launch control and flat foot shifting.

Tork Motorsports said he can add this already. At least the twostep.

But isn't their cost absurd on top of the price of the tune

No I don’t think so, he quoted me $250 for a tune to go up to 8,000 rpms.

When I looked through their site this is what I seen. But If the wotbox works, I'd take the wotbox well over a built in tune since of the features it has. I've had it on my speed3 and SRT. It offers controllable two-step, flat foot shift, a basic revlimiter, shift light through the box, and if for some reason you need it, it has a build in nitrous switch controller.

If this works, it's something our minis could use for a very long time for very little amount of money. And a very easy setup. I also like having the full control of my launch control and ffs. Plus this builds boost as well with any tune we have.
