Hi, the two buttons that toggle the nav system in my 2012 R60 Countryman S All4 are frozen/jammed and no longer toggle the nav screens. Tried compressed air, nothing. Any tricks to make them loose or do I have to pull apart the center console and fix something?

I'm sure my wife's 2012 convertible will someday face the same fat. Thanks.

I can't help either, but I misread the subject as "Nav butts frozen" and I immediately thought "Tell the Nav to drive south" :D

Like the Joystick buttons in the center console? We see those come in gunked up with coffee and soda all the time.....You might be able to get those out and cleaned???

CRC QD Contact Cleaner. Try it out before you disassemble, it is plastic safe. Use it on my toggles when I spill coffee.
