    Angib.... Nice.... Thanks!

Jim.... The real reason they don't charge extra for Pepper White is now evident...

Out on the factory floor, PW really stands for Primer White.... Once it moves into the sales department, and only then does it change to Pepper White....

Oh Oh Oh.... And we won't charge extra for Pepper White.... Heh Heh Heh

I have a Roadster in White Silver and, while it may look stunning in Texan or Californian sunlight, here in (55 degrees North) Britain it looks just like good ole grey primer with clearcoat over it........

I couldn't help but notice how clean it is in those videos. I work in a Ford assembly plant and you can't wear anything in here without expecting at least 1 black mark on it. And this is the cleaner of the 2 plants here in Louisville, KY.

    Cools videos...

Pepper White always looks like dirty white.

FYI Pepper is Brown Salt is White. I think they meant it to be called Peppermint white but never fixed the typo.

I like Pepper White, reminds me of the Old English White used on Austin Healey's.

Yes, I think it is the one bit of true heritage in modern Minis - Old English White was used on Morris Minors and original/classic Minis.

I kind of miss going through factories and seeing how stuff was made from my last career.

True. It is interesting to see the 'bots in action.

But I much more appreciate hangin at Metalman's shop and watching flat stock being bent, cut, and formed into a finished product with old school sheers and presses and the hands of men. Maybe its just me, but when you see those big ass old tools in action it reminds me of my grandpa and how things used to be built.

On another note. I think we all need to be commended on being able to work on our own cars given the fact that in the factory they are rolling the body on its side to but it together. And then we are left to repair and replace with a couple of jack stands and friends on a Saturday.

who the heck does not enjoy robot videos? excellent stuff...

I love the paint video, where the robots grab the doors and hood and open them up. They look like very tall factory workers. Very human-like in their movements....and the fact that they are fully dressed completes the illusion

Thanks very much for posting these.
