    Same place, same time.

It's the annual gift swap too. Bring a gift, wrapped, bagged, or somehow hidden from prying eyes that is worth no more than $25. We'll then pull numbers form a hat. Probably best of gift is somehow car related. Please, no Tim Horton's Gift Cards!

    8:30ish

Tim Horton's - 7400 Fodor Rd, New Albany, OH 43054

Always a good time. But change the date in the description.

Adam A friend of Carol's has been coming to some of the donut munches. They have a countryman, not sure if it is an S or a Justa. If you buy one stay on road in Tar Hollow. :)

I have plans to be in Port Arthur, Texas that weekend, eating cajun food instead of donuts. Although, beignets are kind of like donuts.

Try and have fun without me.:D

I hope you folks up there do the double-steal gift exchange. That's how you find out who your real friends are.

Have fun and laugh a lot!

Sarah wants a Countryman. I dont want to own that 4cy. turbo engine again. Thus the justa.

They are so cheap now that it seems like an OK buy.

The only other feasible car she will entertain looking at is the Subie Crosstrek, which is also cool. I dont think I want to own an X3 either.

Make sure to drive a Justa countryguy. Our Justa clubman has adequate power. In a heavier car like the countryguy it may not be enough. If I get a vote get the Crosstrek. While not super powerful it has a whole lot going for it. One may be my future.

Yeah I think the Trek might be a better value as far as buying used goes. They are both close to 15 grand with ~30K miles on them so that is nice. Im not too scared of Subaru AWD like I am BMW AWD lol which is why said justa would be FWD.

If we can manage Ill try and drag the family out to this breakfast and we can all chat about it instead of derailing the Breakfast thread :biggrin5:

I had a Justa hard top and the power to weight was fine. It was no S, but with the 6 speed I had no issues. I agree with Chuck, I would think a Justa Countryguy, especially with the auto would be woefully underpowered. I also agree the Subie would be the better option. And can't you get that in safety cone orange?

Yeah. True. The breakfast threads usually only rack up like 5 posts from what I have seen.

Luckily road cone isnt a color she likes. White or Black!. As long as the thing has heated seats and maybe climate control she is cool with whatever lol

    Did anyone show up?

Almost noon here and I'm still looking at a lot of ice on the road out front. Hopefully will melt off more in the next hour. Would like to go pay my respects to John Glenn as the procession passes.

We had 10 or 11. It was pretty safe after 9-9:30 except for sidewalks.

It was a good showing. I missed not getting my MA calendar. Now I will have to go find something for next year.
