    Hey,

As with a lot of our other runs this year we are mixing it up some more! We are going to include the Hanford Superior Dairy Ice Cream run with our next meeting. We will depart for Superior Dairy in the morning and have some ice cream before lunch. Then we will drive back up to Jim and Janet's house for the meeting. This way if you do not want to join for the ice cream you can still join for the meeting. This will be potluck again. Janet will meet us at the meeting location and pick up anything that might need to go to her house before the run.

    When: Sat, July 16th
    Time: Starbucks (Shaw & 41) 10:00AM - Jim & Janet's House around 1:00PM

Location/ Direction: Will be emailed to you as per RSVP (we are no longer posting peoples home information on the forum)

What to bring, if your car is: (This is only as an example, please bring anything that you can) ALSO vegetarians please bring what you would liked cooked for your self!
Red, Orange, White or Yellow - Sides or Salads
Green, Silver (dark or light), Black - Dessert
Blue (all) or Brown - Refreshments (water, sodas, teas and so on)

For all cars this is a BYOB event, don’t forget!!!!

Please RSVP so that I can let Jim & Janet know the head count. I will email or PM their address as well as direction upon receiving RSVP.

Otherwise I hope to see you all there

    Tina

Susie and I are still out of state so we won't make this even though we love this run.

Update to the festivities after the run. This is a swim party and bbq. We will supply the pool and the meat. You supply whatever is listed in Tina's note and your own swimsuits! Hope to see y'all here! (posted by Janet)

It looks doubtful that we'll make the party. The run's out for sure as there's still no MINI in the garage. Have FUN!

The problem with summer Saturdays, everyone is doing something. I might make it by 1:30 or 2:00. I'm weighing an MG at 1:00. He's one of the autocross people I know.

Don't be too hard on yourself as there was plenty of notice. We won't be there, though, as we still have no MINI and need to go to the Coast Saturday AM. GP1605 says he'll try to make the BBQ solo.

Hey Tina, not your fault. As Firebro says, plenty of notice. This weekend just happens to have multiple things going on and lots of commitments. Just think of this as the intimate "Superior" run. :D MINIs don't have to run in a herd and Jim and Janet will have less to clean up! See you all at the coffee joint.

    Tina -

No blame needed. Plenty of notice. Like many others, we have about 10 other obligations this weekend, so can't make it this time.

    No worries!

Jim & Janet, Thanks for your great hospitality this past Sat. Everything was really ap-
preciated ! Tina, Thanks for leading us to Hanford !

It was great to see John in Japan. It was good he could be part of the afternoon
    get-together.
