    You can add the guide to your iDevice iBooks app by downloading the pdf on your device and then selecting open in iBooks.

    You do need to have the iBooks app on your iDevice already.

    Sorry, no Android based phone here so I don't know how to add it on there.

    I have it now on both my iPhone and iPad. The iPad will be at registration too in case someone needs to view it.

    There will not be printed copies. If you want a printed copy fire up your printer!

    now if I could figure out how to mark the events on the IPAD would be super!!!?

    OK, I just tried this and it works. I went to website and then clicked on the items I was attending. I then made that page into a pdf. I use CutePDF (it's a free download). I then emailed that pdf to my iphone and opened it with ibooks.

    Hope that helps. There probably is a better way of getting that done, but I'm not a techie by any stretch of the imagination.
