It is a basic human desire to believe that you belong to a superior group of humans - or 'patriotism' as it is often called. I had previously considered that my country was better at producing harmless 'nutters' than any other, but I feel this guy is doing a fine job of being a proper nutter and I take off (but don't eat) my hat to him.
We have a larger pool of potential 'nutters' here in the US. The real thing we should be looking is 'nutters' per capita to determine the 'nutter' density.
