Most of us know how our engines work, but for those that don't and would like to understand. Thought I would share this, its pretty cool. http://jacoboneal.com/car-engine/
That is pretty good animation. I changed the URL in your post as it was from stumbleupon and required an account with them to continue. The new address in your post goes direct to the site.
That was cool, I sent it to my wife. I am sure she will send me a link to how the stove and oven works.
Na she said if you can wash and vacuum your car you can clean these dishes and the living room carpet. so I loaded the dishwasher and went out and bought a Dyson Animal ball vac and boom chores are done. She did wig-out a little I used my Porter Cable buffer and some metal polish on the stainless stink but boy does it shine now.  If you destroy one load of wash once you will never be asked to do the wash again because all woman never forget a thing. :incazzato:
Somewhere I read a wonderful explanation of how engines work, but I can't find it again. Some highlights were: - the driver puts petrol/gas in the tank; - the petrol/gas is squirted into the cylinders; - the piston squeezes the petrol/air mix which forces out the electricity in the petrol through the spark plug to the battery; - electricity from the battery goes to the alternator which is what actually moves the car. It had details an' all.
Thanks for the link. My Dad bought me an old dead lawnmower engine & told me to tear it down & fix it. I learned a lot by doing that. Learned even more rebuilding old BMC A series engines. Engines are so much fun.
