Hey all, it's been quite some time! I apologize for my absence...been quite a ride over the past year. However, as many of you know, I had been involved in a lawsuit over my FR-S, trying to lemon the vehicle out for various issues. The lawsuit was neither a success nor a failure, ending with Toyota settling for a very small (in my opinion) amount and leaving me stuck with the car and still making payments. The problem was that due to the issues all of these cars (FR-S and BRZ) suffer, the value had gone down significantly. Bluebook placed the car at roughly $14k, which is peanuts for the car. Anyway, I was able to trade it in and walked away with the car I have wanted for years and the car I should have bought in the first place. Pictured is "Sarge", a 2014 Subaru WRX in Satin White Pearl. The mostly stock save for an SPT exhaust, aftermarket front lip, and full tint.

Was it the problem with the injector seals causing a lean issue and burnt valves?

    Nice Subi...

It appears you made lemon aide out of the lemon. Nice Subaru I like those a lot.

No, although that would have solidified the case for sure. It was a problem with the fuel pump (noisy...like unbearably noisy) and the tranny (shifting was often difficult in nearly every gear). The WRX though is just all around a better choice, and now that I am divorced I actually have something to haul the kids around in.
