    I was cleaning of an old hard drive and found some pictures of the last VW project I finished.


    This bus went from Ohio to Fl. Az, Tn, and Canada all under it's own power. I really wish I still had it.

    I had an orange one. Crossed the continental US twice in it, as well as some north-south trips.

    I miss it a lot.

    I have a good friend who's dad was the prez of Quality Inns back in the 1970's, and my friend's job was to travel around the country and inspect all the Quality Inn motels
    to see if they were up to snuff. He had a orange and white 1972 bus that he used for this. Now this was back in the hippie days so you might know why we called him "speedy Stevie".
    He had some wild stories.
