For those of us in the states Speed will have limited Le Mans coverage. The race is this Saturday, June 12 Speed will have the prerace show and race start beginning at 7:30AM ET/8:30AM CT for 4 hours, then we get NASCAR till F1 Qualifying from Montreal starts at 4:30PM ET/ 3:30CT. After F1 Qualifying is over we go back to Le Mans at 6:00PM ET/5:00PM CT and it looks from their schedule that Speed will carry coverage from there till the finish.
I'll be watching, and have the DVR set to record the F1 stuff.... Great class of GT cars this year! Aston Martins, Saleen, Murcialago, Vettes, Porsches, Corvettes, Ferraris, BMWs, Ford GT's....lots of great stuff to watch!

SPOILER ALERT Scroll down So who'd of thunk the Pugs would all break like they did. A real tortoise and hare race where steady and on plan proved to yield the best result.
.::SPOILER ALERT::. To be honest, while I didn't know if it would happen, I hoped it would. I was explaining to Kristee why it didn't matter that they were so much faster than Audi. All I said was. They have to finish. This is Le Mans. Then it all came apart. I'm so glad I was watching to see that happen. I was also very surprised at how Davidson took out the vette and then was basically unapologetic about it. Oh well! Audi wins again!! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. What a party they must be having. I can't wait to go and see this live.
Did anyone else think Ullrich was a real douche when he went down to scold the BMW Art Car team? The guy in the M3 had a puncture and was limping his way back to the pits. I think he was trying to stay out of Kristensen's way, who pointed the Audi the same direction the M3 went -- outside -- and ended up in the gravel. Ullrich decided he needed to throw another of his traditional tantrums and took it out on the Art Car team.
I think it's relative. The M3 coulda stayed on the inside of that line knowing that as you're exiting you're going to the outside. The reality is, it was just a bad situation. The P cars are so fast especially around turns. That situation was a perfect mess. Was Ullrich a douche, out of line, or was it uncalled for? When was the last time you were in that situation? I think it's real easy to sit on the sidelines and stay calm. But you be incharge in that situation. With your lifes work on the line. Let's see how you react.
Agree about if I had been in his shoes, the frustration level could have pushed me a bit over the edge. BUT, believe the BMW had a flat left front and not sure he was able to stay on the inside of a right hander at the speed he was still traveling.... Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
