    Ive got 4 S wheels, the standard 16" split spokes. Was going to re finish them and try to resell later on.
    Just a thought...

    Yeah Chris the 15" "Holies" as people call them are going to be a real tough find. Got to figure, they only could be optioned on an R50... That takes all the "S" cars out, how many justa owners do you see regularly patrolling the forums? Then they are at a minimum 7 years old... Many have traded them off long ago, or even scrapped them.

    It will be a rare find indeed, and I wish you the best of luck.

    Are the rules against going aftermarket?

    if you try Ebay, you can usually find the holeys or some other 15" MINI oem wheels.

    I found some on ebay, they look rough! perfert for me! I can go aftermarket but I'm a cheap old git! hahaha oh BTW Detroit don't have them.

    These are R81's, aka Holies, they come in Silver and White

    thanks but they are the ones with the holes. Mine are 8 spoke Minilite type rims. Actually last weekend I got 2 more rims so I have enough. Thanks for thinking of me.

    Looking again for cheap road rash 8 spoke rims. The roll bent 3 of the 4 rims. I'm checking Ebay too. no rush.

    I still have the stock 16" S wheels... Standard rim's not S-heavies.

    I see 8-spoke 15s on ebay a lot, but you should be looking for holeys as they are lighter.

    the holeys are lighter? really by how much lbs? thanks for the info less LBS mean more zoom zoom

    Holeys weigh in at 13 lbs. each. They are the lightest 15" wheels MINI made.
    They are called R81s.

    drat I picked the wrong wheels! I have 12x 8 spokes...well 9 and 3 bent..LOL looks like I might need to swap the holy's in time
