2004 Mini JCW 2006 MCS the idea for the white/blue strips on a red car came from a Ferrari GTO I saw race at MidOhio. Never liked BMW's idea for "racing stripes" and had them removed on the 2006 MCS the same day I picked it up in Heidelberg. When I got the 2004 JCW, I decided they should look alike, but vinyl stripes are definitely cheaper to put on and they can be replaced; unlike painted stripes which will have to be removed and replaced with vinyl if/when we decide to get all the chips and nicks fixed.
