Well - since my car has been on the ViPEC ECU - about 5000 miles along now - coming into summer from spring - I have not had the erratic idle then...
Looks like a late 90's Mazda 6.
Considering my car has 144,000 and out of that total about 50,000 has been with the tune, pulley etc... I'd say the stock head deals with those...
Increasing mass market appeal sucks.
Something to do with emissions and the stock ecu. I forget exactly what it is.
When I am up for tires again I am going from my 215 / 45 / 17's to 245 /40 /17's...wider is better.

Yup - Turbos also in some cases produce a rather flat / blah exhaust note..but depends on your taste.. and the acoustic tuning done with the exhaust.

I ran Tail of the Dragon on Conti Extremecontact DW tires last year - and loved them - on initial turn in they are softer than typical performance...
Yup - Same here though I have the stock head (Cooper S head) and I made 230whp tuned by Jan on the same Mustang as Dave on the same day as Dave...
Nice - my 02 Cooper S got to 230whp - stock head, with 380cc inj, but I have meth and the older RMW street cam, shorty RMW head and Jan's tuning....
