I'm relisting this for a friend:

I am selling my 2009 factory JCW MINI with just over 29,000 miles on it. I am the second owner, I purchased the car in October 2010 with 11,700 miles. Mileage will SLOWLY go up as I do drive it daily. I love this car to death, I'm only selling so I can use my money for other things.

The John Cooper Works (JCW) edition is the fastest and most powerful MINI on the market. It is also very rare, there are under 1,400 of them in the US, and about 50 in this color combination. It has 208 hp and 208 ft. lbs. of torque. This car is very quick and it handles like a go-kart. 0-60 is roughly 6 seconds and the top speed is 147 mph, all while still getting over 35 mpg on the highway. I usually average over 40 mpg on the highway. Who needs a hybrid!?

Factory options include: HiFI stereo, xenon headlights with washers, lifetime Sirius satellite radio, HD radio, white turn signals, sport suspension, front & rear fog lights, and multifunction steering wheel with cruise control.

The original MSRP was $32,150, plus the cost of the JCW aero kit, which was around $2500.

All owner's manuals included, 2 keys, and a binder of all service records and information since I have owned the car. All scheduled maintenance has been done religiously. The car has always been hand washed at least once a week, and clay barred and waxed once a month. The last detail was 05/19/2012, which took me 2 days to complete. The car has never looked better than it does right now. You will be hard pressed to find another car this clean. This car is as close as you can get to perfect condition for a car that's almost 3 years old with 29,000 miles on it.

I've babied this thing since the day I bought it. It was originally a Florida car, and has only spent the past 2 winters in NY.

It is still under factory warranty until the end of 10/31/2012.

It comes with 2 full sets of wheel, a summer set and a winter set. Both sets are 17".
-Summer: Sparco Assetto Gara (silver) with Hankook Ventus Evo V112 tires (95-100% tread left). These wheels were just purchased within the past 2 months.
-Winter: Enkei Performance Imola (black) with Pirelli Sottozero tires (50-80% tread left)

    Subtle Mods:
-Gloss black painted wheel arches and valances - $500
-Pepper white painted headlight, tail light, and grille trim. - $100
    -Tinted tail lights - $100
    -Tinted windows - $200
    -Tinted side markers - $30
-"Joey Mod" headlights with custom angel eye mod - $40 worth of supplies and a weekend
    -Cooper spoiler - $200
    -Cooper gas cap - $100
    -Shorty antenna - $20
    -H&R Springs - $250

Asking $22,500 with both sets of wheels.

I am located in Buffalo, NY. I am more than willing to pick you up at the airport if you fly in to pick it up.
