so i have a 05 r53. and just replaced my stock clutch and flywheel with the heavy duty act clutch and flywheel (stage 2).

my problem is as soon as it was installed it makes the worst noise when i decelerate, ALMOST AS IF THERE IS TO MUCH PLY IN THE SPRINGS ON THE DISC!

is this normal has anyone had this problem?

is it like a crazy rattle sound? I don't have an ACT clutch. But my Competition clutch chatters like crazy on deceleration. From what I've read its because of the lightweight flywheel your able to hear more of the transmission noise.

Try switch your transmission oil out and putting in redline SHock proof oil. If your in a warmer climate try the heavy weight or if your in a colder climate like me use the lightweight. I have the same clutch and flywheel combo I have hardly any noise on decel. Or what I do have gets drowned out by the exhaust.
